Isn’t building a home expensive?

In addition, we have negotiated product discounts with our vendors to ensure our clients get the best pricing on everything from appliances to flooring. The new home you want is probably much less than you expected if you partner with the right builder.

Do I need a lot to begin the process?
Not at all. If you are set on building a new home we can help. Whether you currently own a lot or are looking for one, Concorde can help. We have a team of licensed real estate professionals that specifically target the acquisition of vacant lots and teardowns for our clients. Many of these properties are not currently being marketed on the MLS. This gives our team access to dozens of properties that even seasoned real estate agents may not be aware of. Couple this information with Concorde’s ability to identify all anticipated construction costs in advance for such lots, and you have a reassuring way of evaluating if a specific lot is right for your new home.
